Convey Your Home’s Exceptional Qualities I spend the time needed preparing the properties I sell because experience has shown that careful preparation will be the key our success! Buyers respond t o what they see. Many buyers have looked at dozens of homes before making their first offer. Local taste levels are refined and staging is the norm, which means we will want t o present an environment where buyers can immediately imagine themselves living. That’s wh y it is best if you as the seller can move out, and then we can g et t o work creating an irresistible look and feel t o your home. If it’s simply not possible f or you t o move before selling our stager will help you edit your home by packing up what can be p u t into storage until the new home is ready t o receive your belongings. Painting, refinishing floors and gardening are common items I manage but are not always necessary. Recommendations on these and other repairs will be made depending on the current condition of your home. I will also let you k now which improvements sill make you the most money. Most buyers want t o buy a move-in ready home if they can f ind one; so it can be im por t ant t o create an environment t hat buyers feel they can move right into even if they need or want t o d o wor k later on.
