SAMEER M. ALIFARAG is an associate and a member of Pryor Cashman’s Bankruptcy, Reorganization + Creditors’ Rights Group and the Corporate Trust practice. Sameer represents a diverse array of clients, including trustees, creditors, investors and secured and unsecured lenders in complex Chapter 11 reorganizations, outof-court restructurings, assignments for the benefits of creditors and other distressed situations. He has particular experience in representing default-side corporate trust clients and sophisticated creditors.

THEODORE M. BECKER is Co-Chair of McDermott’s ERISA Litigation Team and a Fellow of the American College of Employee Benefits Counsel. He focuses his practice on litigation under ERISA and related federal and state actions, and defense of government investigations and audits relating to employee benefit, health and welfare, and retirement plans brought by the US Department of Labor, the Internal Revenue Service and the US Department of Justice. WILLIAM J. HUBBARD is a partner in Thompson Hine’s Product Liability practice. Bill’s product liability litigation practice includes representing businesses and property owners in mass tort and class action litigation involving building and other consumer products as well as litigation involving allegations of exposure to chemicals or environmental contamination (including claims of exposure to PFAS, TCE, diesel fuel, benzene, carbon monoxide, chromium, mold, PCBs, sulfur dioxide, radon and vinyl chloride). LIEBERMAN,a partner and chair of Pryor Cashman’s Bankruptcy, Reorganization + Creditors’ Rights Group and co-chair of the Corporate Trust Practice, is an experienced restructuring attorney and litigator who represents clients ranging from indenture trustees and agents to distressed debt funds, trade creditors and landlords. ASHLEY C. PACK is a partner in the Charleston, West Virginia office of Dinsmore & Shohl LLP. KARA E.
