UT KO EA BR Blitz-i ready to release his album after success of ‘Oh Meri Nina’ and ‘Girl Like That’
After the phenomenal response from the debut single ‘Oh Meri Nina’ last year, Blitzi, speaks to Asian Express about the muchanticipated release his debut album, ‘Breakout’. Having sold his much-prized car to finance his first single ‘Oh Meri Nina’, the track brought huge interest not only nationally but also internationally, with the single reaching number eight on the iTunes world charts. It was quite a shock to him and the team that the single had done well especially since it was his first release, it looked like the hard work and dedication paid off. Blitz-i was greatly humbled by what he had achieved in such a short amount of time. This work ethic has seen Blitz-i and his
assembled team set up the label ‘Superkick Records’. Enabling him to create a firm foundation upon which to build from. This foundation has allowed Blitz-i to continue perfecting the sound of the album ‘Breakout’. Before the album is released he put his skills back into test with a new single called ‘Girl Like That’, which features a new talented artist known as Kami Kane. ‘Girl Like That’ again shocked the team with its top 10 reach on both Itunes and Official BBC Asian Download Charts. Blitz-i said: “Firstly I’d like to thank everyone who supported me with the last two singles, especially my fans who have been instrumental in my achievements to date, I’d also like to thank all the media outlets, radio stations, TV stations, the team at ‘Superkick Records’ and everybody else that has supported me.
