If currently architecture cannot be imagined without unique technologies and various integrated multi-art trends, then in the future the inexhaustible potential of the digital environment will open unimagined possibilities for development where the main driver of architecture will still be society as its main consumer. The trends reviewed in this publication form only a part of the search for a new expression of modern architecture. The most important problem of the formal tendencies of modern architecture is the semantics of buildings. This will clearly be one of the most disputed issues. Whether 21st century architecture is on the threshold of a new system of styles or has reached a dead-end, will only become clear with time and will be judged by future generations.
