Pick your form of Entertainment
So you have organised your styling, and now you know exactly what theme you are going for. Now is the time you realise… uh oh… what will they actually do? DO NOT PANIC! You still have budget for Entertainment (remember!) so you can now choose what style would work best for your child and their friends. Having an Entertainer is a wonderful way to add some sparkle and take the stress off you on the day. Here at Neverland, we cater to any theme and offer a bespoke party entertainment – meaning during the party you can sit back and enjoy! Our entertainers organise the games and activities, and tailor make the playlists to ensure it’s perfect. If your child is more into active play, then a bouncy castle or soft play can keep them entertained for hours! This would work well with many themes, and these days most inflatables come in all shapes and styles. For that extra sparkle or if you have a smaller party planned, book a glitter station or a facepainter! This can be set up anywhere, even the comfort of your own home.
Food, Glorious Food!
One of our biggest advice we can offer, do NOT over indulge on food. Kids are notorious for not eating much at parties. (Which is heart breaking when spent a lot of time and money on preparing it!) Keep it simple, pizzas or sandwiches with a few healthy snacks. BOOM! This doesn’t mean you can’t have fun with it! Depending on your theme, you can dress the food up in a cool way. Pirate theme? Pop the food in a couple of cardboard treasure chests! Fairy party? Add edible glitter to everything! Small, yet effective. Most importantly, STRESS FREE.

Neverland’s Top Tips:
*When booking entertainment and venues, book at least 2 months before to avoid disappointment * Before booking anything, double check the VIP’s can attend. Imagine your little ones bestie can’t make it. Dramas! *When ordering anything online, allow yourself plenty of time and always have a back up – just in case. *Cake – DO YOUR RESEARCH! We have seen it too often for our liking – cake nightmares. Use a cake maker from recommendation only, or if cooking from home (and love) give yourself at least two practice goes. Trust us, it’s harder than it looks!
