Having remote access set up allows you as a company to store company data and desktops in the cloud, this then means owners and their employees can access desktops from any location and from any device, this is a huge plus for productivity as important work can be accessed whenever needed without needing to get into the office. One of the biggest advantages of this is cost and decreasing them, every penny saved is a success as a business but that aside accessibility is also a huge advantage, as using VOIP means you give yourself and employees the ability to make calls from anywhere and because your phone number is completely portable this means where ever you are you can still use the same number, so no being stuck behind one desk, you can be at your favourite bakery scoffing jam doughnuts or at home chilling with the Tiger King on Netflix (Bizarre one isn’t it!) and it will be as if you’re in the office!
