CONCHO VALLEY COMMUNITY ACTION AGENCY (CVCAA) is soliciting Material and Labor Bids from qualified contractors for Weatherization Services for its Weatherization Assistance Program. Experience related to the installation of Weatherization Services funded through the use of federal funds is desired and preferred. Weatherization Services are to be provided in CVCAA’s 14 county service area consisting of the following counties: COKE, CONCHO, COLEMAN, CROCKETT, IRION, KIMBLE, MCCULLOCH, MENARD, REAGAN, RUNNELS, SCHLEICHER, STERLING, SUTTON, and TOM GREEN. The successful bidder must be able to service each county in a timely manner.
Bid packets can be found at www.cvcaa.org. A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 19, 2023, at 133 W. Concho, Ste. 301, San Angelo, TX. Completed bid packets must be received no later than 3:00 p.m. on Friday, July 28, 2023. Bid packets may be hand delivered to 133 W. Concho, Ste. 301, San Angelo, TX, or mailed to P.O. Box 671, San Angelo, TX 76902-0671. However, CVCAA will not be held responsible for late or delayed delivery. Bid packets will not be accepted after the deadline.
