To be personally present with, and to advise the client, during the signing and exchanging of the final contracts at the Notary. To assist and obtain the Golden VISA residency card (if it is the case).

We are also happy to help with queries about income tax, inheritance tax, or opening a bank account, or making a Spanish will – or even help with buying a car in Spain...
