“Hem treballat molt per fer que l’espai se senti nou i fresc, i esperem que altres persones estaran unides a nosaltres per utilitzar l’espai nou” diu Kathryn Stein.

Un espai antic al cor del Barri Vell de Girona es transforma en un centre de fisioteràpia i un punt de trobada per a ciclistes i professionals de l’esport i la salut. Kathryn Stein i Kim Millar van recórrer tot just arribades, a Anne Sophia, de Girona Homes, amb un requeriment: el Barri Vell en un espai amb personalitat per a un negoci. “Tot just ho vam veure, vam saber que volíem treballar aquí” explica Kathryn. Amb els arquitectes de “El Replà” van enfocar una rehabilitació. En sis mesos van convertir un espai antic en un clar exemple d’arquitectura moderna.

An old space in the heart of Girona’s Old Town is transformed into a physiotherapy centre and meeting point for cyclists and sports & health professionals. Kathryn Stein and Kim Miller turned to Sophie from Girona Homes to find a place with character in the Old Town. “ Understanding the philosophy of the business and having the total confidence of the owner were key points in finding the perfect location: Força 13”. “As soon as we saw it, we knew we wanted to work here” says Kathryn. With the architects of “El Replà”; they focused on a rehabilitation. In six months they turned an old space into a clear example of modern architecture.

Un ancien local au cœur du vieux quartier de Gérone devient un centre de physiothérapie et un point de rencontre pour les cyclistes et les professionnels du sport et de la santé. Kathryn Stein et Kim Miller ont fait appel à Sophie, de Girona Homes, pour rechercher un local avec du caractère dans la vieille ville. “Comprendre la philosophie de l’entreprise et avoir la confiance totale du propriétaire étaient les points clés pour trouver l’endroit parfait, autrement dit Força 13”. “Dès que l’avons vu, nous avons su que c’était là que nous souhaitions travailler, explique Kathryn. Avec les architectes de “ El Replà”, ils se sont concentrés sur une réhabilitation. En six mois, ils ont réussi à transformer un espace ancien en un réel exemple d’architecture moderne.
