Six Steps To Beautiful Skin

1

Step One...Determine your Skin Type: Normal-to-Dry Skin may appear taut, feel dry after cleansing, and may be prone to flaking without the use of a moisturizer. This skin type may have small pores and rarely experience blemishes.Combination-to-Oily Skin can often cause a slight sheen on the complexion, especially on the T-zone. This skin type may have large pores and experience more consistent breakouts.

Step Two...Select your Skincare System: Based on your skin type, select a daily system that will best meet your skincare needs. Products may also be purchased individually to create your personal skincare routine.Basic Skincare, Anti-aging Skincare, Special Skincare (for acne prone skin), or Men’s Skincare.

Step Three...Select your Eye Cream: Because the skin around the eye area is the first place aging appears, an eye cream is essential for every skincare routine.

4

Step Four...Select a treatment for your skincare concerns: Supplement your skincare system with products to treat and address your personal skincare concerns. Some examples: 1. Fine Lines and Wrinkles 2. Dull, Rough or Uneven Skin 3. Loss of Firmness 4. Dry Skin 5. Blemishes 6. UV Protection

Step Five...Treat your skin gently: Cleanse: Cleanse your skin twice daily, in the morning and evening. Tone: Tone Skin in the morning and the evening to complete the cleansing process and prepare skin for treatment products. Treat: Apply your treatment products in any order. Moisturize: Moisturize in the morning and evening. During the day, choose a moisturizer with SPF, to help protect skin from the sun’s aging rays. Apply eye cream as the first step of moisturizing. Protect: In the morning apply SPF for longer protection and all day moisture.

Step Six: Eat a Healthy Diet, Don’t Smoke and Manage Stress: A healthy diet can help you look and feel your best. Eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean proteins. The association between diet and acne isn’t clear — but some research suggests that a diet rich in vitamin C and low in unhealthy fats and processed or refined carbohydrates might promote younger looking skin. Add nutritional supplements to the diet.
