Die patentierten BSL Hot Shot Pipes werden aus 2 mm starkem, hochwertigem rost- und säurebeständigem Edelstahl gefertigt. Jede Anlage wird in dafür eigens vorgesehenen Schablonen in vorbereiteten Segmenten zusammengestellt und darin verschweißt. Die Rohre werden dabei mit Formiergas gefüllt. Dieser Vorgang garantiert ein absolutes Durchschweißverfahren da das Materialgefüge dabei verschmilzt. Danach werden die Krümmer in einem Glühofen spannungsfrei geglüht um späteren Verzug und Spannungen im Fahrbetrieb zu vermeiden. Nach einem speziellen Kontrollverfahren, bei dem die Isometrie und die Schweißnähte kontrolliert werden, wird die Krümmeranlage in acht systematischen Schleifvorgängen für den Poliervorgang vorbereitet. In einem vierstufigem Poliervorgang mit verschiedenen Polierscheiben und Pasten werden die Krümmerrohre dann auf Hochglanz gebracht. Bei der darauffolgenden Endkontrolle wird nochmals auf Materialeinschlüße und Oberflächenglanz geachtet. Die in den patentierten BSL Hot Shot Pipes eingebauten Schalldämpfer sind eine absolute Weltneuheit! Die Hot Shot Pipes haben einen Durchmesser von 2 1/2 und 2 1/4 Zoll und werden in fünf verschiedenen Oberflächen angeboten. Weiters stehen verschiedene Endkappen in unterschiedlichen Eloxialfarben und Oberflächenbehandlungen zur Auswahl. Alle Hot Shot Pipes von BSL unterliegen einem zertifiziertem Kontrollvorgang nach ISO 9002, um eine ständig gleichbleibende Qualität zu garantieren.
