Our Staff are always friendly and polite. The unruly ones are probably, the Hippos. Do you like your coffee stronger? Need a wake-up alarm at 4 am for early morning sightings? How about an extra duvet for kids to stay warm? Whatever you need, our dedicated staff will go to great lengths to ensure that your stay is comfortable in every possible way. Feel free to call them and they’ll make you feel at home. However, the same cannot be said about the wild-life around.

Poaching is a criminal offence. Bargain-hunting however, isn’t. No holiday is complete without a fair bit of participation in native culture. While you definitely cannot do something as outrageous as hunting, you can surely hunt for some good bargains at the local market. Popular Maasai souvenirs include jewellery made of beads, belts, shilds and antique weapons. And here’s a tip: Start a conversation in the local language.

Never mix business with leisure. But if you insist, we have the facility. Corporate outbound programmes, team-building activities and business conferences will only get better when held at The Mara Concord Game Lodge. We have a meeting room for 70 guests, but for larger groups, we can organize temporary set-ups on our grounds. There is a conference fee which includes a mid-morning coffee break, lunch, afternoon tea & coffee and 2 x 500 ml mineral water bottle per person. Of course, mints, stationery and presentation flip-charts are on the house.

With GPS, getting here would be easy. Without GPS, it will only be more fun. It’s not just our 26-acre property that promises all the excitement. The very journey till here will be equally enjoyable. Drive via Mai Mahiu Road through Narok, 27 km onwards to Olulunga;5 km past Olulunga, turn left and continue for about 27 km up to Lemek; from there on follow the main road and our unmissable signs for another 33 km until you reach the hidden treasure of Maasai Mara - The Mara Concord Game Lodge. If you’re strapped for time, you have daily flights from the following airports: Nairobi-Wilson, Nanyuki, Mombasa, Diani, Malindi, Lewa Downs, Loisamba, Migori, Naivasha (Loldia), Amboseli, Tsavo-West. They all land at the Mara North Airstrip, only 3 minutes from our Lodge.
Did you know? The Maasai are a tribe of people known as tall and fierce warriors. The Maasai tribe can be recognised by a special red cloth they wear, called the Shuka. There are rangers who patrol the Game drive regularly to ensure there is no poaching.
