UNMADE/WHOLE Post-Studio Projects Opening reception June 20, 6pm (On view through July 19) Unmade/Whole, a solo exhibition featuring Nathan Sapio, manifests the literal and ideological slippage of painting. Through analytical deconstruction, paintings generate subsequent paintings as reconstructions, simultaneously filtering and expanding ideas of painting and principles by which paint is organized and perceived. Unmade/Whole is ultimately a project that creates paintings to attempt to understand the idea of Painting as a whole. post-studio projects (2315 Commerce St.) – Free! www.post-studio.org june 14 | www.002mag.com .29
