YL Camps are embedded in a stream of action. There is a time before, a time at, and a time after camp.
This means, we don’t leave you alone and empty-handed, but you are well equipped, with actions and a global supportive community taking actions with you all year round for creating a global youth movement that is protecting people, the planet and building a new civilization.
This also means that you meet extraordinary teens at camp. Not talkers, maybes and fleeting acquaintances, but youth who know their priorities are committed have taken actions have stories to share are on fire to go bigger to build alliances wth awesome friends like you for instant follow-up actions right after camp and year-round implementing knowledge and tools boosting projects and campaigns sharing activities online interconnected with the global YL changemaker tribe via social media, skype meetings, webcasts and activities. thereby evolving the spirit built up at camp in wonderful ways
YL Camps are first of all epic training camps for participants in the Change Generation Rising leadership program. Some are also open for newbies, others are also for adult allies, and there are also theme and campaign camps created in partnership with awesome organizations.
