Number of inserts: Advertisement type: Cost: LIABILITY: All advertisements are accepted and published by the editor upon the representation that the agency and/or advertiser as authorized to publish the entire contents and subject matter thereof. In consideration of the publisher's acceptance of such advertisement for publication, the advertiser assumes liability for any claim based upon the contents or subject matter of such advertisements, including without limitation, claims or suits for libel, violation of rights of privacy, plagiarism or copyright infringement. CANCELLATIONS: The advertiser acknowledges in the above specifications and/or schedule cancellations must be called into XUMM prior to two weeks before the issue is released. Ads canceled after the space reservation deadline will be billed at 100 percent. Advertising is subject to rate change with 60 or more days notice from publisher. ERRORS: XUMM assumes no responsibility for typographical errors in advertisements. Liability for any material error caused by the publisher shall not exceed space occupied error. PAYMENT: Upon signing the contract for a run-time run advertisement payment is due in full. For longterm contracts, 50% of the total bill is due upon signing contract. The remaining 50% must be paid within 30 days of the date indicated on the contract unless other arrangement is made in writing. Failure to meet terms of the contract will be reported and the advertiser may face late fines and fees. This advertisement agreement is subject to all terms and conditions set by XUMM ad prices, ad dimensions and advertising agreement forms. The advertiser has these documents and understands the terms and provisions.
