With moderate points. Perhaps the most classic of all collar styles; always right – never wrong.
A broader collar perfect for neckties. The points of the collar are cut so that they spread away from each other, towards the sides of the chest. This helps display more of the tie knot, but has been increasingly worn without a necktie in recent years. Our semi cut-away also has a barely noticeable curvature along the front edge, which gives the model considerable elegance. Easily recognised with its buttons that fasten the collar to the body of the shirt. Used exclusively on sporting shirts up to the 1950s. Button down is still seen to be best-suited for somewhat sportier materials and models.
Preparations Shirt textiles go through an advanced preparation process so that the fabric may retain its desired properties. This may entail obtaining a more comfortable feeling or a more durable fabric as well as making the garment easier to iron, etc. Some of our most common preparations are described below: Mercerization
Mercerized cotton is treated in such a way so that it becomes more lustrous and elegant, while ensuring a cooler and more luxurious feeling.
Easy iron
Easy care means that the fabric has undergone a treatment that results in the shirt being easier to iron.
Carbon Peached
An advance method that entails a type of textile polishing. This ensures a wonderfully soft and comfortable surface without impairing any of the fabric’s properties.

Our different shirt models, choose the model according to how you want the shirt to fit. Regular Fit - Comfort - Comfort Updated - Tailored Fit - Slim Fit - Lady Regular - Lady Tailored - Lady Slim -
Our most ample model; sewn almost straight with similar waist and chest measurements. This shirt suits those who appreciate a greater range of motion. This model often comes with a breast pocket. A model with a somewhat greater range of motion; it is essentially sewn straight with similar waist and chest measurements. We will gradually update all Comfort models; the model is somewhat less-ample in size. A loose but somewhat fitted model, with a comparatively large range of motion. Taken in slightly at two places in the back, providing the garment with a slim waistline. This gives the shirt model a stylish appearance. A figure-hugging model that is somewhat more modern in fit, having a closer silhouette along the body, shoulders and arms. Our most ample model for women; the fit is almost straight, providing a larger range of motion and a somewhat freer feeling. A modern cut taken in at two places in the back for a feminine, but flexible fit. Blouse with a slender fit, curved waistline and darts in the back for a feminine look.

Product information Textiles can be made from a number of different raw fabrics. For our shirts we mainly use cotton. The cotton we use is long-fibred and of the highest quality, which is important when giving the product a superior, softer and comfortable feeling. When choosing textiles, the yarn used in weaving has a great impact on comfort. Yarn for shirts and blouses comes primarily in two variants: single-ply or two-ply. Two-ply means that the yarn is made of two strands of yarns twisted together. This yarn is considerably more expensive, but it also lends garments a more comfortable and nearly silky-smooth feeling. Weaves The textile is woven using many varying techniques. Everything is a matter of binding the weave. The weave consists of the weft and the warp. The warp is the yarn that runs lengthwise in the textile and the weft runs transversely. These can be woven in several different ways, which creates different properties and structures. Some common weaves included in our range Poplin similar to plain weave but the crosswise yarn is tighter than the weft yarn; often twice as tight. Oxford often a heavier textile than poplin. Woven in a “basketweave” with two warp yarns in parallel and a softer yarn in the weft. This ensures a soft, yet at the same time strong textile. Twill this weaving method gives the cloth a diagonal effect. This method results in softer cloth even if the chosen yarn is of a thicker quality. Gives a strong, but pleasantly comfortable quality. Seams and details We sew our shirts with a stitch density of at least six stitches per centimetre. The button holes are sewn with at least 200 stitches. The buttons are sewn in with machines equipped with automatic lock/tie, which ensures the buttons sit where they should. Extra buttons can always be found at the bottom of the placket in the unlikely case a spare one is necessary. There you will also find a hidden pocket containing two extra collar stiffeners that can be used if the original ones found in the collar become misplaced.
Care instructions The garment’s lifespan can be increased by always following the directions found in the washing instructions as well as using a detergent intended for the garment while being sure not to exceed recommended volumes. We recommend not using fabric softener – both for the sake of the shirt and the environment. Separate white laundry from colored laundry in order to retain clear colors. Also be sure to turn the garment inside out. Button the shirt when you wash it. Avoid spin-drying your shirt and do not tumble dry it. Drape it over a hanger to dry and avoid hanging it in direct sunlight. Iron the shirt when it is still somewhat humid for the best result.
