World Bank eLibrary is a subscription-based platform designed to meet the unique needs of students, researchers, and librarians. eLibrary contains the complete collection of all World Bank books, working papers, and journal articles since the 1990s. Topics cover a broad range of social and economic development issues, including COVID-19, climate change, development policy, finance, health, education, and poverty reduction.
