“Stoush brewing over Qld flood funding” The Australian, 28 Feb 2013 THE federal government's offer of $102 million to help rebuild Queensland after its devastating floods is a mere trickle compared with the state's mammoth $2.5 billion damage bill, Campbell Newman says. The Queensland premier says almost half of that amount is money that was already destined for the state.

“Indonesian aid in our interest: Gillard” The Australian, 3 Oct 2012 At a community cabinet meeting in Launceston, Ms Gillard was asked why Australia spent $500 million in aid on Indonesian Islamic schools, on top of $2 billion foreign aid, when the funds could be used to build 20,000 Australian homes.

Just $102 million for the Sunshine State but $500 Million for Indonesian schools, while our Asian neigbor gives 20 years to a Queenslander for a bag of pot, and the same to an Indonesian for murdering over 200 people and mutilating many more . . .

“Last Bali bomber, Umar Patek, gets 20 years' jail” The Australian, 21 June 2012 THE last member of the 2002 Bali bombing plot to face justice has been sentenced to 20 years in prison after a panel of judges found him guilty of mass murder for his role in Indonesia's deadliest terrorist attack.

“GUILTY: CORBY JAILED FOR 20 YEARS” SMH, 27 May 2005 Schapelle Corby dried her tears behind the walls of Bali's Kerobokan jail tonight, vowing to fight her drug smuggling conviction and 20-year prison sentence.

More here . . . Indonesian people smugglers sent home on parole . . . Indonesian citizen Polce Genkalong was arrested by Australian authorities in June 2012 for people smuggling, and held on remand. In February 2013 (8 months after his arrest), he was sentenced to 2 years jail, making him due for release in June 2014. But in March 2013 he was sent home to Indonesia on parole, to be with his family.

QANTAS’s drug smuggling baggage handlers remain free without explanation . . . In 2004, QANTAS baggage handlers imported 200 kilos of cocaine (using the unwitting public as innocent drug mules). This was exactly the same crew that “Dealt” with Schapelle’s bags. This is confirmed in many media reports, court documents and in a formal report to the Senate from the Australian Federal Police (in 2009). But QANTAS’s Head of Security (Steve Jackson), says none of them were ever arrested or charged, confirmed again in a QANTAS report to the Australian Parliament (in 2005). Julia Gillard’s Minister for Justice, Jason Clare MP, is refusing to answer questions about this.

Fact Sheet Bali Bomber Idris (AKA Joni Hendrawan), is now a free man. He received a paltry 10 year sentence, but was released after just five. Here’s the news article . . . Only 13 of 70 Bali bombings and Jakarta embassy terrorists remain in prison Herald Sun, 16 June 2010 JUST 13 of the 70 terrorists convicted over the Bali bombings and the Australian embassy attack are still in jail. The three atrocities killed a total of 238 people, including 95 Australians, and wounded hundreds more. Indonesian authorities have freed or paroled 57 Jemaah Islamiah terrorists who were convicted for involvement in the 2002 and 2005 Bali bombings and the 2004 embassy attack in Jakarta. What Gillard’s Government is ignoring . . . Schapelle’s bag should have been xrayed before it was put on to her flight to Indonesia (this was a legal requirement), but unknown to her and the rest of the Australian public because the news was suppressed - it was loaded WITHOUT screening. In other words, corrupt staff deliberately blocked this vital safety

check, and diverted her luggage away from the normal channels. Further, minutes from a high level New South Wales police meeting (17 Oct 2005), discuss evidence (listening device tapes), which prove corrupt insiders were ferrying marijuana to Sydney Airport at the exact time Schapelle flew. Julia Gillard is now ignoring calls for a Royal Commission into border corruption.
