VENICE COOKING CLASS More and more people are looking for a direct experience of the daily life of the places they visit, and one of the best ways to understand the local culture is through its cuisine. But even more interesting than simply enjoying the typical dishes, is learning the recipes of traditional dishes. That’s why we propose this Basic Course of Venetian Cuisine.
With this easy class you have the opportunity to visit a local market and learn how to choose fresh products, what ingredients and why. Then you go to a private house to learn the typical recipes.
The lesson ends with a delicious meal of which you will have learned all the tricks. During lunch will be served a wine specially chosen for those recipes.
