Winter - Spring 2016 Activity Guide

Resident Registration Begins Monday, December 7, 2015 Bringing Family & Community together through recreation since 1934!

Welcome to WA-WM Recreation & Community Services

Dear Members of the West Allis-West Milwaukee Community,

Wisconsin winters can be beautiful, fun filled and long. Instead of spending your winter months dreading gray skies and slippery streets, think about joining one of our many Recreation and Community Service opportunities. Our Recreation and Community Service Department offers individual and family opportunities to participate in sports, crafts, fitness, enrichment and other wellness programs. These activities keep young and old alike engaged in learning new things as the winter months meld into spring. As you think about making a commitment to yourself with your New Year’s resolution, think about joining a fitness class where members of your community are there to help each other to reach their goals. We believe you will find that our Activity Guide has something for everyone. If you have ideas for additional offerings, please contact our Recreation and Community Service Department directly at 604-4900. We hope to see you in one of our programs soon so you can “Keep Calm and Winter On”. Martin G. Lexmond, Ed.D. Superintendent

Do you have a Talent or Idea?

We may be interested in hiring you as an instructor or maybe you have an idea of a program on your “wish list”. Please contact our office with your talent or ideas! We would love to hear from you! 414-604-4900

If you are an individual looking for a team, contact Dustin Smith to register as a free agent. Your free agent contact information may be provided to teams that request it and it will also be made available at the manager’s meeting prior to the season.
