The Air Assault Team is a local real estate team in Clarksville serving Montgomery County and the surrounding areas. The team was founded in 2002 by the late Valerie Hunter-Kelly and her husband Mark Kelly. The teams missions is to to provide dependable, exceptional and comprehensive services that assists our clients in realizing their real estate goals and dreams.
“We want to be knowledgeable regarding the status of our local real estate market while recognizing that purchasing a home is the most important investment that any family or individual will make...that is an important step to personal wealth building,” says Mark.
In 2020 The Air Assault Team helped 120 families find homes to call their own and raise their families, attend a great school system and take advantage of the extraordinary amenities Clarksville and surrounding communities offer. And thus far in 2021 their goal is to help 100 families find and purchase a home that meets their needs. “We have added new and energetic Team members that are enthusiastic to live our core values and Vision and Mission Statements. Our team fully understands that providing GREAT customer service is how we sustain our business for the long term,” Kelly says.
The Air Assault Team was very blessed to received the Keller Williams Realty Platinum award for the aforementioned 120 transaction sides (sellers/buyers) yielding a sales volume of $24,765,350 and Gross Commission Income of $753,567.00.
