Hilltop Grocery Store recently hosted a BBQ in support of Wes Golden’s candidacy for Montgomery County Mayor. The event featured BBQ by Lannom’s low and Slow BBQ, and Hilltop Supermarket. The Back Lot Pickers provided great live music, and U Jumpin’ Foulks brought out the bounce houses to keep the kids busy.

Gary & Christina North “We are so grateful to everyone who came out here today to support us in everything we are trying to do,” Golden said. “We’re so grateful for Hilltop. They do so much for this community already, and for them to come out and host this for us, it’s just amazing.”

“We’re overwhelmed by the turnout today. I guess we prayed the bad weather away. And, I think everyone is enjoying the live music. I want to thank Donald and Lucian Greene for playing for us this afternoon. I would like to thank all the guys who helped, and are helping, prepare and serve this delicious BBQ, and Mike Foulks for bringing out the inflatables for the kids to enjoy.”
