Austin Peay State University recently hosted its annual APSU Military Alumni Chapter Dinner at the Morgan University Center Ballroom. Guests celebrated the 50th anniversary of APSU Army ROTC, a program which currently serves 134 cadets. The 2021 APSU Govs Who Lead Through Military Service Award was presented to Joe Shakeenab, APSU Military Alumni Chapter president and APSU National Alumni Association president. The presenting sponsor of this year’s event was Fortera Credit Union.
