DEADLINES Important: Make sure that you always complete the application/course selection before the deadline. Even if you’re unsure about certain documents, always make sure that you complete the application before the deadline. If you do not complete the required steps before the deadline (different for each partner), it might be possible that you will not be able to go to that specific partner.

DEADLINES Scholarship Deadline: Since there is a lot of (digital) paperwork involved, make sure that you have answered all questions related to your scholarship application at least 3 weeks before departure (preferably even sooner!!

STUDENT AMBASSADOR SCHOLARSHIP The UT would like to reward students who put effort into actively promoting the UT abroad. Limited number of Student Ambassador Scholarships available for each year. Therefore only one scholarship per host organization will be granted. The scholarship is granted according to our first come, first serve policy. HOUSING Start as soon as posssible (try to avoid a down payment for now)
VISA Your partner university will inform you about the VISA procedure. When in doubt, please contact the partner. Keep in mind that the VISA is a vital step in the application process.
VACCINATIONS Please check if you need any vaccinations to enter the host country.

TICKETS At this time, it might be wise to wait a bit longer to book the tickets. Either way, don’t book your tickets until you know the exact start date of the semester/introduction days
PASSPORT Make sure you passport is valid for at least 6 months!
