During the Vinci Summer School chemistry workshops, students will learn, among others: to characterise aromatic compounds, explain phase changes occurring in nature and everyday life, learn the most important issues of materials thermodynamics as well as recognise the role of chemometrics and its methods in effective product quality testing.

They will also learn the importance of photochemical and photophysical properties of vitamin B12 derivatives. Then they will carry out individual research projects under the supervision of tutors specialising in the research topic chosen by the student.

Students will have the opportunity to learn about the specifics of research work and the latest scientific research conducted by research teams at the Institute of Chemistry.
