Robin Lau and Michelle Tan The launch of Connect Groups gave us a sense of revival. The increase of new members calls for us to be diligent in discipling people and raising them up for the Lord. This new structure inspires us to focus on building up leaders and making disciples for the coming revival.

Tan Hwee Gek During Life Conference, my Section Leader asked me to lead a Connect Group temporarily. Although I felt inadequate and fearful of being in a new environment, I knew in my heart that I have to obey.

I was initially overwhelmed by the large group size, but the vibrancy and friendliness of the members quelled my worries. Despite my busy work schedule, I was able to leave early every Friday so that I could be on time for Connect Group.

Before each Connect Group, I would ask the Holy Spirit for guidance. I wanted to be His mouthpiece and to know the godly truths He wants me to impart to the members. And He has never failed to anoint me with wisdom.

I am glad that I took the step of faith to serve Him. By doing so, I’ve learned to lean on Him and not on my own strength. All glory to Him.

Jedidah John When Connect Group started, I was able to fully appreciate God’s provision of this spiritual family and the value of connecting and discipling. I am truly blessed and thankful for this new season of intentional fellowship and growth.

Jeremy Chee The start of Connect Group has been a time of growth and encouragement for me. I can see how God is

bringing us together as we gradually open up to each other. I feel that we are growing to be more united.

It is also encouraging to have new people visit and stay – proof of the strong community we are building.

The Connect Group leadership is also playing a great role in connecting with each of us and I am thankful for that. Of course, Connection Nights are a great time of food and fellowship too!
