The museum’s exhibits and memorials feature an extensive collections of tools, photos and life’s sundries that chronicle the mining, smelting, and cultural history of this North Idaho mining corridor. You can almost feel the struggles of the miners and their families as you wander the 14 rooms of exhibits on the three levels of this 102 year old home, turned boarding house, turned museum in 1986.
