Established in 1970, Menadiona is an independent privately owned Spanish company. Since then, the company has been involved in manufacturing active ingredients and key intermediates for the Pharmaceutical, Veterinary, Nutraceutical and Cosmetic industries. In addition, Aziridine derivatives are one of our wide range of industrial products for polymers. Plant health, based on ACT-2速 plant growth booster and pest resistance. Our Fine Chemicals Division offers contract manufacturing services. With a highly qualified staff and two manufacturing plants in Spain, Menadiona is characterised by its strong worldwide export volume, which accounts for more than 80% of its sales. Goods manufactured by Menadiona are distributed in more than 60 countries worldwide.

Environment-friendly materials are used instead of hazardous or toxic substances whenever possible. The most appropriate processes are selected from the very initial phases of project development in order to reduce to a minimum any emission of pollutants into the environment. Menadiona’s state of the art Research and Development Department, with its skilled and experienced staff, (PhD., Chemists and Technicians), is constantly striving to obtain new synthetic processes as well as improving existing ones.
Menadiona’s versatile pilot plant facility is fully equipped with hastelloy, glasslined and stainless-steel multipurpose reactors, ranging from 30 to 1000 litres, capable of scaling up of main kinds of synthetic processes from laboratory scale to industrial production.
