You are the “Voice” of Tom & Co, the first contact point for all our incoming calls. You are the “Smile” who welcome our visitors. You are the administrative thousand feet of our company.
The « Voice of Tom&Co » : dispatch of all incoming calls Incoming, outgoing, distribution of mail Creation, monitoring and documentation of Perchase orders & Sales order in SAP & invoices back to our stores Rigourous monitoring of the Marketing budget France and Belgium Management of municipal taxes on folders Administrative Support for the MarCom Team (ex : internal communication, reservations and planning, translation of documents, presentations….)
• You are passionate about animals; • You have a strong experience in administrative tasks; • You are a good communicator to and are bilingual Dutch / French; • You have a good knowledge of MS Office suite; • You are well organized and structured; • You work easily in a team but you can work independently; • You are customer oriented and flexible; • You work are pro-active;
