LIFELINES

“Married love differs from any other love in the world. By its nature, the love of husband and wife is so complete, so ordered to a lifetime of communion with God and each other, that it is open to creating a new human being they will love and care for together. … That power to create a new life with God is at the heart of what spouses share with each other.”

~ United States Conference of Catholic Bishops, “Married Love and the Gift of Life”

PLEASE HAVE FAITH & PATIENCE

Deacon’s NOTE

The owner of the field showed tolerance and pa ence. I will allow my life to be judged only by God, not le ng my conclusions or those of others claim the last word. Weeds compete with the crop for light, nutrients and water. I will take care not to let ‘the enemy’ sow weeds in my life and ask God to take care of the field that I am.

Where there is life, there is always hope of redemp on and of the triumph of good over evil. The ul mate victory of goodness and love, truth and jus ce will be accomplished by the Son of Man at ‘the harvest at the end of the age’.

I hope everyone is having an enjoyable summer. Please keep cool!

Thanks. Deacon Ron Maida
