ABOUT THE NOVELTY The Resin was produced via Emulsion Polymerization of all plant derived oils like soy, palm, Peanut, Cotton seed oil, with INITIATOR made from aqueous derivative of Non Pyrolysis Liquefaction of all Carbon Materials like Cellulose Paper, Agwaste/Farm Wastes etc and We have successfully applied the Patented process to Carbon fossil Crude Oil (Petroleum) See Youtube Channel for the full practical Demo

http://www.youtube.com/bkotry The Emulsion Biopolymer resin is also suspected to be polar ended as it also reacts with strong bases and acids like NaOH and H2So4 to produce Non fossil surfactants and non-water-soluble thermoplastics applicable as organic Coating & Inks additives respectively. The biopolymer becomes rigid simple thermoplastic when the emulsion biopolymer resin mentioned above is heated to above 200 Deg C to make black shining Water soluble Cold – Mold Simple thermoplastic. The rigid black thermoplastic is also dual soluble in water and organic solvents and it is employed as the thickener and with potential VI Viscosity Index Improver for base oil grades. The viscosity achieved is proportional to the amount dissolved at higher temperature in base oils. We have carried out 5%, 10% and 20% thickener additive in-house with good (only) physical appearance indicator of Viscosity improvement within our limited capability.

Value Addition & Proposition The process is scalable to industrial scale and the raw materials are waste being converted cheaply, safely and with good ROI due to its waste to wealth process. We may need some cryogenic facilities to enhance safety and easy handling at the scale-up exothermic liquefaction stage which we don't have facility to install here (notwithstanding the fact that we confined our choice of chemical raw materials to cheap, safe and popular chemical raw materials ) but a cold water bath did a good job at our table scale production process we still use till date.
