elcome to Sunset Simmentals First Annual Bull Sale. We strive to produce a high quality product to fit every cattleman’s needs and budget. We share the belief that our cutomers’ success will lead to our own success and treating our customers as they would like to be treated.
A feature in this year’s offering will be some of the first sons to sell from the high selling bull at Double Bar D’s 2014 Sale, Baxter 606Z. We have built our bull battery to add power, phenotype and still maintain maternal traits. Within this set of Simmental bulls you will find individuals to help ramp up your calf crop in terms of adding growth pounds to your next calf crop. As well, these future herd sires will produce females with high maternal traits and milk. The bulls are fed non-starch soy pellet ration and free choice hay. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our past customers and look forward to meeting new ones. Please feel free to stop by the farm prior to sale day to view our offering. All bulls will be vet checked, scrotal measured and semen tested. All bulls are guaranteed to be satisfactory breeders in accordance with the Canadian Simmental Association’s guidelines.
Delivery:
Free delivery within 250 kms. of Edgerton. All other points will be cost shared. Delivery will begin about April 1, 2016 at the seller’s convenience. Take your bull home sale day and save $100 per bull. Bulls returning to the seller’s farm must be insured, unless arrangements have been made between the buyer and the seller.
