Rehorst Farms Ltd. has 15 Simmental bulls on offer for your consideration and we feel we have an excellent selection of high quality, deep pedigreed and BIO performance tested bulls for almost any situation, and we know that buying the next herd bull is the most important decision any cattleman has to make. Any extra weight at market time has never mattered more than today with great beef prices. Our R Plus Blackedge daughter is the dam of one of the feature bulls. Also 2 sons from our flush cow Sarnia 6S who’s daughter topped the Autumn Classic sale. 2 sons from our Crocus 97U flush cow and 2 sons from our Heather 29X flush cow have sons in the sale . The dam’s side of the pedigree is crucial and we think we are offering some of the best. 2 black white face bulls, and a white faced red bull are featured, “the chrome” is the new look these days!!! 406A is a bull we are quite proud of. A standout all year long with his stylish, long, flat topped and thick body and shape. Oh my you have got to love the chrome! We knew he was special when topped the weaning weight chart here at RHF weighing 970 lbs in late August. With Stubby as his sire, not much more to say about this bull. His Crocus 97U donor dam was one of the high sellers at the Marywood dispersal. The sale feature for sure!! At RHF we had the rare opportunity to pick a heifer calf, Miss R Plus 1118Y out of the great R Plus herd from Saskatchewan they do not sell many heifers, ever!!! and thanks to Marlin for the opportunity . She is one of the few R Plus Black Edge daughters here in Ontario . Most of you will know that R Plus Black Edge is the sire of the great Stubby bull that is certainly leaving his mark on the Canadian Simmental industry. The dam of 309B is Miss R Plus 1118Y, she is a powerhouse cow with epd’s that are tops in the Simmental industry. Top 2% on calving ease, top 4% on weaning weight and top 2% on yearling weight. The sire of 309B is Rehorst Black Wheatland 680Y a son of the great Wheatland 680S bull and out of a Black Irish Kansas cow we bought from Taylors Black Simmentals from Kansas, home of Black Irish himself. 415B is the ET bull calf from our top Sarnia 6S cow and the combination with Stubby has worked out fantastic. A full Stubby sister topped the Autumn Classic sale last fall selling to Neilson Land & Cattle for $7000. He has great balance, thick and that Stubby look in a little more moderate frame. Breeding on the dam’s side goes back to our 6K TE McCallister that we purchased in Kansas and she is still producing every year. OK for heifers and cows. Maternal brother sold to Henk Lise in Hagersville 2 years ago.

417B is our first bull from the calving ease Anchor D Imax, and wow what a job, this full blood bull is muscular, thick topped, balanced and strides out perfectly. Paradise Farms Paradise Farms consists of 300 acres, 45 minutes north/west of Toronto in Caledon, Ontario. The Paradise Herd began in 2008 with the purchase of 5 cows. We have quickly expanded to today at 125 purebred Angus Cows. Our selection criteria is very critical for strong maternal and paternal characteristics, good feet and legs, well balanced udders, great disposition, easy fleshing, calving ease and backed by strong pedigrees.
