It’s hard to come by a direct daughter of Saugahatchee for two reasons. One there was very little semen that came to Canada on this bull and two his daughters are phenotypically some of the best cattle in the business. A little bit about our operation…Paradise Farms consists of 300 acres, 45 minutes north of Toronto in Caledon, Ontario. The Paradise Herd began in 2008 with the purchase of five cows. We have quickly expanded to today at 125 purebred Angus Cows. Our selection criteria are very critical for strong maternal and paternal characteristics, good feet and legs, from strong pedigrees. We are very involved in the industry and are AI breeding to industry leaders. We are as critical when we consign females and bulls to sales. Repeat customers are what we strive for. We currently finish approximately 1200 head a year, supplying our meat products to several high end restaurants in Toronto, as well as our own three restaurants, Paradise Farms Prime Beef Bistro.
