moment in the War, German forces were surrounding the troops, who were facing execution or capture. Although many felt the plan to be doomed, Churchill pushed ahead, and over eight days in 1940, over 800 boats rescued the soldiers from the beaches and harbour of Dunkirk. The film focuses on three areas of the rescue: the infantry on the beach (including a debut performance from Harry Styles), the Navy (Cillian Murphy and Mark Rylance) and in the air (Tom Hardy). Dunkirk is a stunning film that perfectly captures the struggles and drama of the rescue.

t’s common knowledge around these parts that if you want to get the best games at the best prices then Insane Games is the shop to head to, but it’s also worth remembering that they stock a huge range of second-hand DVDs, too. And it’s not just 200 copies of Four Weddings and a Funeral, as they’ve got a brilliant range covering every genre you could possibly imagine. Because they take stock from their customers, you’re never quite sure what you’re going to find. Fans of WWE would be delighted to hear that a massive range of Wrestling DVDs came in recently, as did The Walking Dead – Seasons 1-4, a 15-DVD boxset for just £20. It pays to buy in bulk too, as you can get six standard DVDs for £5, which works out at an incredible 83p per DVD! We suggest you pop along soon to check out their range, as we guarantee* that whatever your tastes, there will be something there for you.

Insane Games, located in St. Cuthbert Street, is one of the best independent gaming stores around, with helpful and knowledgeable staff that are always on hand to help find the perfect game for you. Not only does it have a wide selection of the latest games but also a massive range of used titles for both the current gaming machines and also the classic consoles, too.

*Obviously we can’t actually guarantee there will be something for all tastes. If you’re a massive fan of Steam Train DVDs or 1970s Russian TV, then you might be better off looking elsewhere. Sorry.

Insane Games is also the place to head to if you’re looking for retro gaming, as they stock an always-changing range of consoles, peripherals and games – everything from

the Commodore 64 upwards! Not only that, but they’re also the best place to look for board games, Warhammer, Pop figures or gaming cards and accessories. July 2017

5 Tips for Healthy Feet Clean and dry your feet regularly. Pamper your feet with massage, reflexology, chiropody, MELT Method self-care treatments, Epsom salt foot soak or pedicure. Proper footwear to support feet. Consider socks that help keep feet dry. Put your feet up, elevate them.

How often do we take our feet for granted, and how much do we know about our feet, or think about them? According to Snowbrains.com the average person takes around 7,500 steps a day, and if you have a device that counts your steps, yours may be 10,000 or more. Based on the 7,500 figure, that would mean you would do 216,262,500 steps up to 80 years of age –which is 110,000 miles! A whole lot of walking. The foot is very strong and flexible, and is made up of 26 bones, 33 joints and more than 100 muscles, tendons and ligaments. The function of our feet is to provide support, balance, shock absorption, flexibility and adaptability and locomotion. The foot also has three arches which play a key role in the function shock absorption, support and flexibility.

Zoisa’s goals are to create, inspire, support and share her knowledge, experience and wisdom to inform, educate and provide hope.

Common Foot Problems Bunions Corns Foot Pain Plantar Fasciitis Stress Fractures Arch Problems If you have foot problems then you could consult a physiotherapist or a podiatrist. I myself have worked with many people to improve their walking, get more proprioception and movement in their feet. The Melt Method is also a simple self-care treatment that helps feet.
