Vendor and sponsorship opportunities available Carols by Candlelight at St Andrews International School, Green Valley - Tuesday 13 December St Andrews International School, Green Valley is delighted to be hosting our annual Carols by Candlelight music concert and Christmas Market on Tuesday 13 December 2022. The event will welcome 250-300 St Andrews families and their children, and is sure to be an evening to remember! We are seeking vendors to sell their products at the Christmas Market, as well as sponsors who are seeking exposure within our diverse and unique audience. Information for vendors: Each year we welcome 25-30 vendors to sell their unique products at our Christmas market. From food and drinks to homemade gifts and clothes, all businesses are welcome small and large. 20 stalls are available and the cost per stall is 300THB, with all proceeds going towards this year’s Christmas Charity Project, ‘Christmas in the Community’. We welcome sponsorship from companies across the Eastern Seaboard and Pattaya region who would like to gain visibility amongst our community of over 350 families. Sponsorship is available as packages, with proceeds split 50/50 between the expenses of the event and the school’s Christmas Charity Project, ‘Christmas in the Community’.

Why sponsor Carols by Candlelight this year? St Andrews International School, Green Valley is proud to support this year’s Christmas Charity Project, ‘Christmas in the Community’. This project is a whole-school initiative in which our community is raising funds, growing food and collecting goods to donate to our partner charity Hand to Hand for Christmas. Over a period of four weeks in the run up to Christmas, our community will: Week 1: Collect baby supplies Week 2: Collect clothes and shoes Week 3: Collect Books and stationary Week 4: Collect Rice We will also support a project to grow eggplant, chilli and kapow, as well as a collection for over 200 Christmas boxes. At the end of the four weeks, all items will be donated to Hand to Hand. Our goal is to be able to provide food, clothes and supplies for each member of the Hand to Hand community, and to provide a Christmas box as a gift to each child. All funds raised from sponsorship and vendors will go towards the collection of the items listed above and to projects at Hand to Hand. We hope that the event is of interest to you and your company.
