Celebrities love hemp Hemp can play a big role in healthy living say three movie and television stars that are sold on the plant that packs a major protein boost. “Hemp seeds have high-quality protein and all the essential amino acids we need. Actress Gwyneth Paltrow has written about how she uses hemp milk, often available at health food stores, as a substitute for dairy milk in her cookbook, “My Father’s Daughter: Delicious, Easy Recipes Celebrating Family & Togetherness.” Written in conjunction with celebrity chef, Mario Batali, she says hemp helps her stick to a non-dairy gluten free diet.
