FURNITURE PLACEMENT IN THE FLAT

ENTRANCE HALL Entrance hall should be light and fresh. There should be a sitting area and a place to leave keys and other small things. Table or a shelf should be added. There are two proposals for the corridor; in both cases a good and warm ceiling light is used to brighten up the corridor.

DINNING / LIVING ROOM Room has one big window overseeing an outside terrace. All the furniture selection is light color, beige and gray tones. All of the colors are suiting, mixed with wood and brass to add warmth and light. There are three design proposals. All of them are mixed and matched to work together in creating harmony.

BEDROOM Bedroom has as well as living room one big window with the door to the terrace. Bedroom colors can be darker. There should be TV placed on a wall opposite to the bed. Big and comfortable bed 180cm wide. There should be a make-up table placed somewhere in the room. There are two bedroom proposals. The wall color can be adjusted.

Inspirational images were selected as a guideline for the over all feeling of the house design. Color scheme is very light to help to brighten the space. Beside comfortable and light color pallet, good lighting fixtures are to be used to bring warmth and light into the space. Flat should feel warm and welcoming jet modern, airy and elegant. We will use designer pieces as well as some mainstream venders to meet the budget requirements. All the furniture and finishing are going to be selected with durability and high comfort standards. Some of the products like curtains are going to customized and selected according to the design chosen. All of the proposed variations of furnishings and lightings can be matched and mixed. Overall the house will feel light, welcoming and smart.
