CONDITIONS 1. Withim 30 days after the declaration of any dividend upon the Shares specified in the within Share Warrant and not less than 7 days prior to the date fixed for the payment of such dividend, the Company shall publish an advertisement in the Times Newspaper and in one other daily newspaper published in London and Paris stating the amount per Share payable, the date of payment and the serial number of the Dividend
1° Dans les trente jours après la déclaration d'un dividende quelconque sur les actions spécifiées d'autre part, et 7 jours au moins avant la date fixée pour le paiement de ce dividende, la Compagnie publiera une annonce dans le journal Le Times et dans un autre journal quotidien de Londres et de Paris, indiquant la somme payable pour chaque Action, la date du paiement, le numéro du coupon à présenter.
Coupon to be presented. 2. Annexed to this Share Warrant are twenty Dividend Coupons and no Dividend payable in respect of the Shares comprised in this Share Warrant will be paid except on presentation and delivery of the Coupon relating thereto.
