GOOD, BETTER, 3D!

It’s time to say goodbye to manual production and welcome 3D prints instead. Why? Its options are almost endless.

Schwandorf-based 3DPrint-Creations UG was founded in 2022 and has very quickly made a name for itself with exceptional product quality and customer-orientated service delivered to a large clientele. “We aren’t limited to a particular field,” clarifies founder and director Tom Tuszynski: “We are interested in all segments.”

Miniatures, prototypes, components, actiongame figurines, vases, wall decorations, machine spare parts or bespoke designs made to customers’ requirements – the professionals at 3DPrint-Creations have a print solution for every request.

“If customers are uncertain about a design,” adds Tuszynski, “we consult with them and supply the print templates ourselves. Our team has excellent knowledge of CAD pro- grammes and is able to realise almost any idea. All we need is a model or a sketch of the respective object that needs to be printed.” Here, there are virtually no limits: “Our customers can let their imaginations run wild. If it’s feasible, we can almost always realise it,” emphasises Tuszynski.

This huge flexibility is also facilitated by the printing methods used. “Depending on the project, we use different processes. We offer standard FDM, i.e. layer-based printing as well as SLA with liquid resin, or SLS, i.e. selective laser sintering. Parts used with or in machines, for example, are best printed by SLS while SLA is best suited for small parts that also need to be visually appealing,” explains the director.

3DPrint-Creations accepts print jobs of only one item, which is one of the reasons it is an interesting partner for private as well as corporate customers. “We work 24/7 in three shifts, which allows us to process orders very quickly and reliably. We are therefore able to fulfil orders that reach us on Saturday morning to be ready for collection or dispatch on Monday morning.” A truly invaluable service, therefore, if speed is important. www.3dprint-creations.de

Anyone who wants to talk with Tuszynski about upcoming 3D-print projects can meet him and his team at Formnext in Frankfurt am Main, where the company will be presenting itself from 7 to 10 November 2023.
