After the rain the gift of transparency, a sky bathed in light letting the sun dry it intimately, warmly; yet not before it showered its host of beads upon the grateful land.

Then a rainbow over the city the return of chirping people and their skeptical umbrellas reappearing in the streets

and us, as grateful as the land warm bathed in light and life

embraced.

Después de la lluvia la dádiva de la claridad, un cielo bañado en luz dejando que el sol lo seque íntimamente, cálidamente; no sin antes haber derramado su multitud de gotas sobre la tierra agradecida.

Luego un arco iris sobre la ciudad el regreso de los gorjeos la gente y sus paraguas suspicaces reapareciendo en las calles

y nosotros, tan agradecidos como la tierra cálidos bañados en luz y vida

abrazados.
