CANCELLATION POLICY No cancellation fees if you cancel until 24 hours before the appointment, without giving reasons. 80% of the treatment price will be charged if you cancel 24 hours or less before an appointment. Please be on time for your appointment, otherwise your treatment will be shortened, as we have to stick to our schedule and appointments booked by other customers.
CLOTHING Please don‘t wear any jewelry or watches for your treatment. Please wear dry clothes if you have booked a facial.
REST AREA The Finest Beauty is a rest area. Therefore we ask you not to make any calls in this area.

HEALTH RESTRICTIONS In case you suffer from illnesses or are under any kind of medical treatment, please let us know when making an appointment.
PREGNANCY Please let us know if you are pregnant when booking an appointment as not all treatments are suitable for pregnant women.
PRODUCTS FOR SALE Many of our cosmetics products are also available for sale. Please do not hesitate to ask our Finest Beauty staff if you have any questions regarding the products and prices.
PAYMENTS & PRICES All treatments will be charged directly to your hotel room bill. The red prices are our regular list prices. Prices marked in black are special prices valid Mon–Fri (except for holidays).
