Step 2: We forward your query to medical experts at Pushpanjali Crosslay. They may ask for your medical records and case history. After studying these records, they revert with their recommendations about your treatment. Step 3: We send you the expert opinion with recommendations about the duration of stay and the likely cost of your medical tour package. Step 4: You review the expert medical opinion sent by us and decide on the package that best suits you. Don’t forget to carry the following: ? Your ‘fitness to fly’ certificate (if medically warranted) ? Copy/originals of all medical reports and medication details ? CD copies of any scans like MRI/CT/Echo ? Any referral notes from your doctor
Vaccinations before travel to India Vaccinations and up-to-date immunizations are a must for international travel. Recommended vaccinations are listed below: ? Diptheria Pertussis and Tetanus (DPT) ? Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR) ? Polio (either OPV or IPV) ? Hemophilus b conjugate Vaccine (Hib) ? Hepatitis A ? Hepatitis B (for stay longer than 60 days) ? Typhoid ? Pre-exposure rabies vaccine is strongly recommended (for stays longer than 60 days) ? Japanese B encephalitis (JBE)
Step 5: You will be received by our representatives at the airport. We will facilitate your consultation with the doctors immediately. You can review the medical facilities at the hospital, where your treatment will take place. You can also enjoy a pre-treatment holiday if you wish and as per the advise of the consultant. Step 6: Check into the medical facility and receive desired medical attention. This may include pre and post operative care as well as the actual procedure you have been admitted for.
Admission and Billing Category of rooms Economy: There are 4 beds in an air conditioned room with two common washrooms. Every bed is provided with a footstool, food trolley and a privacy screen is stationed between each bed. Semi Private: This is an air-conditioned room with two beds separated by a screen. The washroom is common. The room contains a telephone and an attendant couch. Deluxe Room: This is an individual air-conditioned room with an attendant bed, television, telephone and a cupboard. Suite: This is larger than a deluxe room and has additional facilities like refrigerator and internet facility. Diet The dietician plans the diet based on the therapeutic needs of the patient. Local specialities, Continental and Chinese cuisine are available and any special dietary requirements will be met. The patient’s diet charges are included in the room rent. Private Nursing Services Private nursing services can be arranged through the Nursing Department. Please contact your nurse in charge for assistance.
Admission and Billing Payment Method Payments need to be made as a deposit based on the room category. All scheduled services require a deposit of 10% in advance of planned procedures. The balance payment will be required upon admission and incidental charges will be due upon the patient’s discharge. We accept payments through Travelers Cheque, Credit Cards (Master/Visa/American Express). A receipt will be issued for all payments made and at the time of discharge an itemized bill is generated. We will help you with the conversion of your foreign currency into Indian rupees. However, foreign exchange requirements should be handled prior to your arrival in India.
Step 7: Take a post-recuperative holiday if you are fit and feel like traveling. You can enjoy a trip to various tourist destinations of your choice. After your post-recuperative holiday, stay on for a while or leave for home, at your convenience. We ensure you are well looked after from the moment you land in India to the moment you board your plane back home.
