For my grandmother
Hello my name is Sipho & I live with my two moms. I love them both, just as you love your mom & dad. I call my moms, Mada & Mami. I love my Mada & I love my Mami. Mada & Mami also love each other very much. And they love me too.

My Mada wakes me up every morning with a kiss on my face. Her breath smells like coffee in the morning. She tickles me & I laugh & kick my blankets off my bed.
Then she picks up my blankets & chases me with the blankets over her head until I go to the bathroom to wash & brush my teeth.

When I come back to my room my bed is made & Mami is waiting to help me dress while mama makes breakfast with Roger our pet dragon.

Mami comes into the kitchen and says “It’s time to go everybody!”

Roger goes to the bathroom & gets his brush & brushes himself until his fur is shiny. 7.
Mada & Mami & me wait on the magic carpet outside, soon we are all on our way off to the love market. 8.
Roger’s triangle tattoo’s light up & our magic carpet flies through the air. We reach the mountaintop and leave the magic carpet floating to enter the love market. Mada & Mami kiss to open the secret door.

On the mountain top there are many floating carpets parked & when Mada & Mami kiss a portal opens up which they all enter through

The love market is filled with other moms & moms walking holding hands. Dads & dads walking holding hands. Other dragons blowing fire in the shape of hearts. Children eating candyfloss & playing with bubbles.

Today my Mada & Mami are going to share their love story. They are going to tell everyone why they love each other & why Roger chose to come & stay with us. 12.
Mada & Mami walk onto the stage next to the small pink bubble which measures love & begin to tell their love story. The pink 13. 13. bubble grows & grows.
It grows so big because of the love of Mada & Mami that everybody at the love market jumps up and claps & sings “Mada & Mami are in love & it’s beautiful! Mada & Mami 14. are in love & it’s beautiful!”
I am very excited to see the giant pink bubble we are going to take home to protect our family even if once we leave the love market, the bubble becomes invisible. Mada & Mami & me will know that it is there & is keeping our family safe & happy.

It’s time to go home now Roger’s triangles are on ready to take us home. Mada & Mami & me each place a hand on a triangle & we are whisked back to our carpet on top of the mountain with our giant pink bubble.

We enter the bubble & it slowly disappears as all the love Mada & Mami have for each other get inside our hearts. We ride our magic carpet home & live happily ever after.
