A letter that I wrote with Ryan Bollom, then Student Forum president, at the Harvard Graduate School of Design. The University was at that time conducting a dean search that ultimately culminated in the selection of Dean Mohsen Mostafavi. This letter emerged from an exhaustive collective conversation across the student body and sought to share with the administration of the GSD and the University what we were looking for in a new dean.
