How to make it step by step: 1

Cut off the sleeves of a men’s shirt.

Put your feet into the sleeves.

Take the sleeve and twist it.

Make a tight knot at the end of each foot.

Cut off the rest of the knot.

To amplify the sole coat it with latex or sew on a sole cut out of felt.
