RV CAMPGROUND GUIDELINES

Office Hours: Mon – Fri: 9 am - 5 pm Sat: 10 am - 3 pm (May - Sept) Sat:10 am - 5 pm (Oct- Apr) Sun: 10 am - 2 pm available by appointment only.

1. Checkin time is 1:00 pm and check-out at 11:00 am. If you plan to stay longer than 11:00 am, please contact the office to make arrangements or extend your stay, prior to check-out date/time.

2. Gate access info is provided to obtain access at the entrance gate. Please do not share your gate access code or give your card to anyone; a $20.00 fee is applied for gate unreturned.

3. No vehicle maintenance or oil changing permitted at the site.

4. No parking on vacant lots. Commercial vehicles are prohibited at the community. Vehicles in violations will be towed at owner’s expense. One (1) vehicle per RV lot.

5. Quiet hours are 10:00 pm - 8:00 am Sunday through Thursday and 11:00 pm - 7:00 am Friday and Saturday. Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep your radio and/or TV turned down at a reasonable volume. No generators.

6. No clotheslines is allowed. Swimsuits and towels only can be left out to dry. All other drying is to be done in the laundry room. Laundry facility hours are 9 am to 9 pm daily.

7. Speed limit throughout park is 10 mph. Please be cautious of children at play and bike riders.

8. All garbage must be tied in bags and placed at curbside daily by 1:00 pm for pickup. Please refrain from putting garbage out the night before.

9. All RV’s must be fully self-contained.

10. Management requests guests and visitors to keep their site neat and clean. Patio furniture and BBQ grills only are allowed on patios. No storage, hot tub, or pools allowed.

11. Storage is offered to Sunshine Holiday homeowners and RV guests only. A current Storage Agreement must be kept on file, any items being stored without a current agreement will be towed at owner’s expense. See terms of Storage Agreement and rates at the office. No open trailers, boats, utility storage units, etc. are allowed on site/campground.

12. Recreation facilities are provided for the use of RV guests, residents, and their visitors.

a. Pool: The pool hours are 10:00 am - 10:00 pm NO pets are allowed in the pool areas.

b. No bare feet or wet swimsuits are allowed in the recreation room(s).

c. No glass containers of any nature are permitted in either pool area. Please put all beverages in paper or plastic receptacles. NO alcoholic beverages allowed at any time.

d. Petanque court, shuffleboard courts, playground and clubhouse are located along the south pool. In addition, a recreation clubhouse is located by the north pool (rv section).

13. Two (2) pets per site allowed, up to 30 lbs. No aggressive breeds allowed. ALL PETS MUST BE ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES. Pets should not be left outside unattended or tied up; they also, may not run loose. No fences or playpens allowed. Pets are not permitted in the public buildings, including the shower house. Pets should not be an annoyance (barking continually). Please be courteous to your neighbors by only walking your pet in the area of the community you are staying and always clean up after your pet, if you are observed not picking up after your pet, you can be fined.
