The B.C. Beverage and Technology Access Centre (BCBTAC), located at OC’s Penticton campus provides expert analytical, commercial and sensory services and resources to the beverage industry. It works with individuals, companies and organizations to support the development of domestic beverages, including fermented, brewed, distilled and non-alcoholic products.
