Model DCS Shredder
The DCS shredder is a high-speed shredder designed to process die-cut skeletons at the back of converting machines with volumes up to 12.000 sheets/h with a width of 1.600mm. The DCS has a single arbor design with hardened blades for longer life time. Key features of the DCS shredder are: • Modular design for easy maintenance • Reversible arbor for longer blade lifetime • Exchangeable counter knives • Master – slave communication • External start / stop • Safety system connects to master • Movable for easy access • Possibility to be safely picked up with forklift for longer distances • Small piece size shredded waste, ideal for pneu- matic transport systems • Safe operation due to brake control and “in place” monitoring.
