When selling makeup, it’s as important to display the true colouring and consistency of the product as it is to display the packaging and exterior. I would always ensure that product swatches were true to the cosistency and colouring. As a makeup consumer myself, I find these types of visuals to aid the shopping experience and also encourage me to buy the product.

Makeup Ad vent Ca l l e n d a r Unconventional advent callendars are becoming increasingly popular, so it seemed inevitable that we should push the boat out at P.Louise and come up with an advent callendar that would wow our audience. I designed a castle style advent callendar that held coloured concealer bases. I also organised for the bespoke packaging to be manufactured, and managed that until completion.

Ch ri st m as Gi ft Wra p Pro j e c t I was tasked with organising, managing and manufacturing 5000 units of gift wrap for the company to ship out products in around Christmas time. I oversaw the whole process, from designing x2 sizes in custom bags and matching boxes, tags, tissue paper, stickers, ribbon, postage boxes, wrapping paper and shredded paper. The bags are themed ‘naughty’ and nice’, a play on a Christmas classic.

Web s i te Ba n n e r De s i g n During my time at P.Louise Makeup Academy, I was responsible for creating persuasive, trendy and competitive website banners to push sales on products. I would create these whenever we had a new product or range launch, and I would also regularly track product sales via the back end of our site. From this, I would know what products I need to push, and I would then create a new banner to increase traffic to this product.

I nstag ra m & S o c i a l M e d i a Ad ve rti si ng With a following of over 1 million on Instagram, it goes without saying that a strong presence on this platform was paramount to the P.Louise brand. This meant consistently producing high quality and trendy advertising and graphic content for the Instagram account. Each post would generate around 10,000 likes, and we would see sales increase when we were more present on social media.

We are a design duo who wanted to brand our combined services, and we needed an entire identity that we felt summed us (picky) designers up. for Topman UK

Event P l anni n g & De s i g n Topman UK were launching their newest flagship store in the shopping mall, Manchester Trafford Centre. They wanted an entire event ‘plan’, paired with a trendy graphic poster. The theme was ‘Manchester’, so I decided to base the event on the 70 year birthday of the first ever computer (which was made in Manchester!) I decided to revolve the imagery around the print colours CMYK, as these colours were a result of digital printing.

for Fluro Events

S el f - Founded E ve nts Co m p a ny Whilst studying in Manchester, I became immersed in the cities exciting event scene. I managed several events, and eventually felt it natural that I start my very own. I saw a gap in the market for a truly immersive club experience in smaller and more accessible venues. We used 3D projection mapping to add dimension to the venue, as well as incorprating UV lighting to pay homage to the classical rave

for Oscar Mic Productions

Cu stom I l l ust ra t i o n & V i ny l A r t wo r k Techno producer Oscar Mic had just finished producing his new EP ‘Nervous’, featuring a range of tracks inspired by oriental sounds paired with electronic melodies. He commisioned me to create a bespoke illustration with a saumai edge, paired with Chinese lettering reading ‘Nervous’. I opted for a watercolour finishing on the illustration, inspired by Chinese calligraphy techniques.

for Alus

In sta gra m Sto r y Ca mp a i g n Alus released a new EP and needed a visual story to promote the the release of the EP. Using the existing aesthetic of the album artwork, I created a story that would set the tone for the style of her track. She’s full of sass, attitude, and she’s totally edgy- something I tried to replicate through my visual approach.

Fashi on E -Com m e rc e We b s i te De s i g n During my time at P.Louise makeup academy, I was responsible for creating persuasive, trendy and competitive website banners to push sales on products. I would create these whenever we had a new product or range launch, and I would also regularly track product sales via the back end of our site. From this, I would know what products I need to push, and I would then create a new banner to increase traffic to this product.
